Full refund

Your photograph cannot be read.

If your selfie has a colour cast, multiple faces, low resolution, or anything else that prevents a clean reading, we email you within 12 hours and refund the full amount within 24. No questions, no card retained, no upload credit consumed. The Stripe refund typically lands on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free re-run

The reading doesn't feel like you.

Personal color analysis is judgement-based and reasonable readers can disagree. A delivered report is final, but we never leave you stuck with one that doesn’t fit — reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we’ll re-run your analysis once with a fresh portrait at no charge. We’d rather get it right than hand back your money and your time.

Free re-render

Identity preservation falls short on your portrait pages.

The portrait pages in your report (page 5 outfits, page 18 final look, and others) aim to keep your face, hair, and pose recognisably yours. We hand-audit every report before delivery; if the audit fails we re-render at no extra charge. Should the delivered pages still not feel like you, reply within 7 days of delivery and we re-render them free.

How to request

Write to info@huecolor.co from the email used for the order, and state which of the three outcomes applies. We respond within 12 hours.

What we don’t refund in cash

Once your eighteen pages are delivered, the sale is final — a report is a finished digital good you keep. We don’t hand back cash on a delivered report, but we will always re-run or re-render one that doesn’t feel like you, free (outcomes 02 and 03 above). Cash refunds are for the one case where we couldn’t deliver at all (outcome 01). We also don’t refund orders placed in violation of our terms (e.g., uploading another person without consent).

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, write to us first. We resolve almost every issue inside 24 hours. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs us a $15 dispute fee per claim and results in account suspension; we’d much rather just fix the problem.
