No. Every portrait is read against the Korean eight-tone tradition the same way a Hapjeong studio reads a drape. Software assists with palette generation and the optional portrait studies, but every report is reviewed before it reaches you. The output matches what a Seoul senior consultant would issue — and several readers have paid both us and a Gangnam studio and received the same season.
Encrypted storage. We do not sell, share, or train models on your photograph. You can request deletion at any time and we delete on request within twenty-four hours. The portrait is used once for your analysis and your portrait studies, then archived behind a private key.
It happens — usually because the original photograph carried a colour cast we missed. We re-analyze with a fresh portrait at no extra charge. We do not refund completed analyses, but every reader is owed one retake.
Within twelve hours of upload, often within four. Premium reports take priority and frequently arrive in the morning following an evening upload. We cap intake at two hundred analyses per day to keep turnaround honest.
