How to take it · 잘 찍는 법
A few small
considerations.
The most common reason an analysis falters is the photograph itself — warm bathroom light, a beauty filter, a baggy top, a side angle. Read these once, take the portrait once. We promise it will be enough.
What to do
- I.
Natural daylight
Take it near a window. Not yellow lamp. Not overhead bulb. Daylight tells the truth.
- II.
Front-facing, upper body in frame
Look straight into the lens and include your upper body — frame from around the chest up so your shoulders and torso show, not a tight head crop. Seeing your real frame lets the report read your true proportions instead of guessing them. A small smile is fine; hair pulled away from the cheek.
- III.
A fitted top, arms relaxed
Wear a fitted or lightly-shaped top and keep your arms a little away from your sides, so your real shape reads. Oversized or baggy tops hide your frame — then the report has to guess your proportions.
- IV.
Bare or near-bare face
Skin colour reads better without foundation, blush, or lipstick. Tinted SPF is fine.
What to avoid
- I.
Yellow or fluorescent lighting
Bathroom vanities, kitchens at night, office overheads — they pull warm or green and ruin the read.
- II.
Oversized or baggy clothes
A loose top hides your shape, so your real proportions can't be read and the report renders a body that isn't yours.
- III.
Filters or beauty modes
Smoothing skin or warming the picture defeats the analysis. We can usually tell, and we will reject it.
- IV.
Sunglasses, hats, group shots
We need to see your eyes, your hair, and only one face in the frame.
